We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join our growing production team. We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience operating machinery such as CNC routers, edgebanders, finish line equipment, and similar production tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various production machines (e.g., CNCs, edgebanders, finish line)
- Monitor equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Preferred Background:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines, edgebanders, or finishing line equipment
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings, schematics, or specs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
