Our Principles
About The Role
Within the Euronet Money Transfer Segment, the Partnerships team empowers our partners to offer international payments and remittance solutions to their customers within their own digital experiences. We operate under two brands, Ria Money Transfer and Xe . This role will span both brands.
As the Head of Business Development, you will lead engagements with prospects and develop the framework to scale our partnership program and team. You will deepen relationships with existing embedded payment solutions as well as seek and develop new markets. You will develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified partnership prospects, serving as a key contributor to our sales strategy and execution.You will be a player-coach, focused on a pipeline of deals and leading the team.
Qualifications
You are a business development leader with strong B2B relationship-building savvy and experience selling complex, long-cycle deals across key market segments. This role requires excellent business development instincts, sales leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills to connect with the wider Money Transfer Segment, including product management, engineering, compliance, legal, and account teams.

Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
