Average Yearly Pay Range: $70,000 - $135,000
In addition to base pay, our drivers have the ability to earn up to $9400 in quarterly incentive and safe driving bonuses, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
As a Petroleum Transport Driver, you will be responsible for delivering petroleum products to our store locations on a timely basis. Our drivers, based in 25 locations, deliver one million gallons daily, log over 20,000 miles daily and are able to be home at the end of each shift. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop.
Work Schedule: Drivers typically work between 50- 60 hours; schedules include holidays.

Friday - Monday 2:30AM - 2:30PM
Friday - Monday 3:30AM -3:30PM
Sunday - Thursday 2:30AM - 2:30PM
Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday 5:30PM - 5:30AM

Qualifications:
Class A CDL with combination vehicle, air brakes, general, tanker and hazardous material endorsements
2 or more years of Class A CDL combination experience is required
Good driving record High level of customer service Accurate / detail orientated Operate computerized loading system Basic math aptitude including computing percentages Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks Work well with others Work with minimal supervision Understand / accurately complete invoice paperwork Learn / carry out spill prevention / minimization / clean-up techniques
Must be at least 21 years of age
Work in a safety conscious environment
Work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions
Candidate must live within both 60 minutes and 60 miles of their home base in Oshkosh, WI.
Physical qualifications: sit up to 6 hours at a time; stand up to 1 hour at a time; bend/reach/twist occasionally; lift/carry up to 50 pounds from 24 to 60 inches occasionally; push/pull up to 62 pounds of force occasionally.
Must live within 60 miles and 60 minutes of Oshkosh.
