The Marketing Project Coordinator II plays a key role in driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This role balances hands-on coordination with growing strategic ownership—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency across deliverables. You’ll work closely with marketing managers, creative teams, and external partners to keep projects on track, while also contributing to process improvements and data-informed decision-making. This position is ideal for someone with foundational marketing experience who’s ready to step into a more proactive, cross-functional role with increasing autonomy and visibility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Use tools like Asana to track project progress, flag risks, and ensure timely execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact between marketing, creative, and external partners to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Support the maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure assets are properly stored and tagged in the DAM system.
  • Help refine creative workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to incorporate performance data into campaign planning and retrospectives.
  • Maintain project documentation and contribute to the development of scalable templates and best practices.
  • Pay Range for this role is - $50,000-$58,000

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Interest in brand storytelling and creative production workflows.
  • Exposure to marketing analytics or performance reporting is a plus.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities across teams and timelines.
  • Comfort working with creative teams and understanding brand storytelling.
  • Experience in Asana or similar project management platforms preferred.
  • Analytical mindset and interest in integrating performance data into decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
