The Order to Cash - Collection Senior Analyst is responsible for organization

This position is a key role in the accounts receivable function, in accordance with Company policies and with audit compliance. Ensure incoming payment policies, procedures and process flows are adhered to, updated, and reviewed as per Company guidelines.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Collection Senior Analyst – AMERICA to responsible for overseeing daily operation tasks specially on incoming customer payment, driving team performance, and ensuring the effective daily cash application productivity management, dashboard, and bowler reporting

recovery of outstanding receivables. You will serve as a key liaison between your team and senior management, implementing strategies to improve cash application processes and achieve departmental objectives. This role supports the AMARICA time zone (Night Shift) and working days.

This position reports to the Pall Collection Team Leader and located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Leadership: Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed and assist with the onboarding of new team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities. Independently research and resolve issues with cash application knowledgeable in best practices, compliance requirements, and customer service excellence.
• Management: Oversee daily collections activities, including account management, ensure incoming payment is performed as per SLA. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective collections strategies and processes to improve daily operation and bank reconciliation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Reporting: Support all mandated and ad-hoc reporting requirements, ensuring submissions meet deadlines.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process enhancements. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, implement new tools or technologies, and improve overall incoming payment effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders & external stakeholders to clear all the unapplied cash open item.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in O2C Cash Application. (Preferably in a Shared Service environment).
• Well verse of O2C process and procedure. Full scope in End-to-End O2C Month-end closing
• Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience in operating knowledge of ERP system - SAP
• Able to work night shift hours: 9pm to 6am MYT

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a Shared Service environment
• Operating knowledge of ERP System - SAP
