As we scale our high-performing, diverse team, we are looking for the right people to join us on this journey in the Salaried Productivity team as our new Senior Project Manager – Organizational Effectiveness & Efficiency.

In this role, you will help Danfoss business areas become more effective, scalable, and strategically aligned by driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Segments, Regions, and Functions to identify structural inefficiencies, support the redesign of organizational models, and drive productivity improvements in salaried functions

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in organizational design, business transformation, or consulting — ideally with exposure to salaried functions such as R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, or Finance
