We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer I

to join our team. This role is located in Pune, MH.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that support BNY’s strategic initiatives and enhance client delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, scrum leads, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security by adhering to software development best practices and BNY’s resilience priorities.
  • Contribute to modernization efforts by implementing new technologies and improving existing platforms in alignment with BNY’s “Run our Company Better” pillar.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 7-9 years of experience in software development required
  • Java, Spring Boot, REST
  • Oracle or any other Relational DB.
  • Experience with messaging - MQ/Kafka is preferred
  • Micro-Services Architecture, Scalable High Resiliency Systems, Workflow is preferred.
  • Angular (or React / JavaScript).
  • Agile Development experience. SDLC Tools like Maven, Jenkins, Git, etc.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
