Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Qualifications Summary

Minimum Requirements

  • Citizenship: U.S. Person as defined by U.S. immigration regulations.
  • Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing support roles.
  • Education: Associate degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on technical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments requiring adaptability and precision.
  • Proficient in using the Epicor ERP system for inventory management, job tracking, and reporting.
  • Familiar with job kitting processes and supporting production planning to ensure timely material flow.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices integrated with quality assurance and traceability standards.
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Core Competencies and Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, supplies, and components.
  • Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling.
  • Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations using the Epicor ERP system.
  • Issue materials to production jobs with full traceability and compliance with work order requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, discrepancies, and returns.
  • Support the development and enforcement of inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
