Job Description:

Mission Essential is seeking an OSINT Specialized Tradecraft and Training and Development Support Lead for a new dynamic contract. The contractor shall lead the training team to conduct training needs assessments, identify gaps in the current knowledge and skills of employees and manage recommended training programs tailored to address emerging open source challenges and opportunities. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Overseas advanced OSINT tradecraft training, implements new TTPs, and leads instructional sessions on tradecraft
• Design and development of specialized OSINT Training Programs and provide recommendations for training on new technologies and OSINT tradecraft, and provide input on “skills gap analysis"
