Job Title: Support Representative I – Inventory Control Department: Corporate Human Resources

Position Overview

This role supports inventory operations by managing accurate data entry related to product movement, transfers, and disposal. The position plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity through regular reporting and physical inventory participation.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date records of product locations, transfers, and disposals using internal databases.

Generate and distribute inventory reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to support operational visibility.

Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly and annual physical inventory counts.

Identify discrepancies or concerns in inventory control and communicate findings to management.

Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support department objectives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to follow general instructions and accurately communicate basic data and procedures.

Working Environment and Physical Demands

Role is primarily sedentary but may include occasional walking, standing, and lifting of light materials (under 10 lbs.).

Moderate manual dexterity required for daily use of office equipment (e.g., keyboard, calculator).
