World Fuel Services is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Developer to help drive the development and delivery of our applications.
The key responsibilities include:
- Design and architect DocuSign CLM solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Proven experience as a developer or administrator implementing DocuSign CLM solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to contract management processes.
- Develop tests to validate and maintain code quality as per the expectations..
- Work with QA on developing testing processes, frameworks, and automation strategies.
- Stay updated with DocuSign CLM product updates, releases, and industry best practices to recommend and implement new features and capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Job Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years of software development experience.
- Configure and integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and document management platforms, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Develop custom reports and analytics to track contract performance, compliance, and key metrics
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for DocuSign CLM users, including resolving issues, optimizing configurations, and performing system upgrades
- Experience with integration techniques, including DocuSign API, RESTful web services, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
- Understanding of CICD process using tools like bitbucket or bamboo.
- Customize user interfaces and dashboards within DocuSign CLM to provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience for contract stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of source controls like git or bitbucket.
- Knowledge and working experience in Agile Methodologies
- Understanding of the software practices of Continuous Integration and Automated Testing
- Experience with single sign-on, session management, user profiles, and user identity and authentication frameworks such as OAuth a strong plus
- Commitment to understanding the business domain and incorporating quality software practices into all phases of the project life lifecycle
- Strong team player with excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated professional who demonstrates strong technical agility and responsiveness and who is eager to learn and grow.
