About the role:

The Product Content Transformation Lead is responsible for transforming the ecommerce product onboarding and optimisation process using new AI initiatives, NEOS development, and further ePim developments. They will work with developers and lead product owners to support the transformation of ePim/NMT into NEOS, the new onboarding and optimisation tool, focusing on efficiency improvements of current process’, new opportunities for onboarding strategies, utilising AI and automation to further enhance the workflows and speed up the current process without impacting on quality. They will lead on the business training of the new NEOS system and their team will be support contact for all NEOS usability queries. With multiple releases of NEOS, they will drive forward enhancements, propose development changes and look to constantly build on the system for maximum performance.

They will be responsible for driving new AI efficiencies and opportunities across the product content team, and supporting the UK trading team with commercial reporting requirements via AI insights and proposals to drive improvement to performance. They will own the training and executing of the product content AI programs, and work with the wider Search, Site Ops & Data teams on new AI opportunities. They will support the UK trading team with creating commercial led requirements to improve process’, reporting, workflows and systems via the delivery of AI and automation projects, as well as factoring into NEOS.

About you:

System Development:

Works with developers to transform ePim/NMT into NEOS (a new onboarding and optimisation tool), focusing on efficiency and speed.

Leads business training for NEOS and drives system enhancements.

AI & Automation:

Drives new AI efficiencies and opportunities across the product content team, supports UK trading teams with AI insights, and owns training/execution of AI programs.

Team Leadership:

Recruits, trains, and line manages the Product Content Transformation Assistant.

Process Improvement:

Analyses existing workflows to identify improvements, recommends automation and technology enhancements, and advocates for AI across teams.

Stakeholder Management:

Manages relationships with third-party AI suppliers and collaborates extensively with development teams, POs, and various trading teams.
