In this role, you will lead Engineering for YouTube Living Room, Music and Podcasts Ads. This is a tactical role, with ownership of several VP-level OKRs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Managers, UX Designers/Researchers, Program Managers, Data Scientists and Analysts) and executive Engineering stakeholders. You will develop a multi-year roadmap for these areas and launch features improving both business generation and the ad viewer experience, with a focus on innovation and 0->1 launches in areas such as shopping and non-disruptive ads.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000-$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
