Function within a team

As a Solution Architect at Ingram, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers design, develop, and implement enterprise IT solutions using Dell Technologies, Hitachi Vantara, VMware by Broadcom, Omnissa and other related technologies. You'll work closely with sales teams, partners and customers to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions that align with portfolio of product offerings.

The Job in a Nutshell

• Collaborate with all relevant parties to understand partners needs and provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements.
• Design end-to-end solutions using Dell Technologies, Hitachi Vantara, VMware by Broadcom, Omnissa, and other related technologies portfolio, including storage, compute, networking, software.
• Develop architecture diagrams, proposals, and technical documentation for customer presentations and solution planning.
• Lead technical workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and demos to showcase vendors capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, providing best practices and strategic guidance on IT transformation.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experiences, Skills, and Expectations

We are looking for candidates with:

• 10+ years relevant industry experience specifically in enterprise solutions (Dell Technologies, VMware by Broadcom and Omnissa)
• Strong customer focus experience with a touch of business development as we are seeking a techno commercial profile with a 70% technical / 30% sales split.
• Dell Technologies certificates in field of Storage, Servers, and Data Protection
• VMware by Broadcom certificates: VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V8], and VMware vSAN: Install, Configure, Manage [V8]
• Omnissa certificates, will be considered as advance,
