About the team TikTok is seeking a motivated and eager person to support our Human Resources Operations team in Brazil. The HR Operations team at TikTok helps ensure strong quality, experience, and process for the Lifecycle Operations function. We support the employee lifecycle journey for Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia—including onboarding, probation, contract renewal, internship coordination, project management and HRIS managements. About the Role Oversee and streamline the end-to-end HR operations across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia—including onboarding, probation, contract renewal, internship coordination, project management and HRIS management. This role ensures compliance, drives process improvements, and enhances employee experience. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business process improvements, reducing risks, enhancing compliance, and optimizing efficiency. -Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia, including onboarding, probation, contract renewal, internship management, personal files administration with a strong focus on improving employee experience while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. - Ensure strict adherence to all applicable HR requirements, guaranteeing the company's legal compliance. - Effectively handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently in an evolving work environment. - Assist in creating, maintaining, and communicating people operations processes and programs, ensuring clarity and efficiency in operations. - Champion and foster a positive and harmonious environment within the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in People Operations/Human Resources-related roles. - Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. - Proficiency in English is mandatory for communication with global teams. - Strong analytical and organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of Workday, Human Resources Information System, and Time & Attendance systems. - Experience implementing HR processes and driving system enhancements. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in an evolving work environment. - Ability to travel at least twice a year to support across the LATAM region Preferred Qualifications - Fluency in Spanish is a plus to support stakeholders and projects in various LATAM regions. - Passion about delivering end-to-end HR solutions that enhance the employee experience, ensure compliance with LATAM market regulations, and support future regional expansion.
