Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and organization of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties.
  • Stock shelves, sort packages, and organize items.
  • Scan, label, and mark inventory accurately.
  • Utilize RF scanner for tracking and inventory purposes.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in general labor and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and using manual pallet jacks.
  • Ability to pick, pack, and process orders efficiently.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and RF scanning equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where safety is a priority. The facility prohibits the use of cellphones or electronics. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons, with the warehouse heated in winter and equipped with fans and water coolers in summer. Dress in light, breathable layers, with sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes required. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
