Job Title: 3rd Shift CNC Machinist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components. Your expertise in interpreting technical drawings and adjusting machine settings will be key to ensuring our products meet exacting standards

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines, including installing fixtures, tools, and workpieces.
• Load raw materials and adjust machine settings for optimal alignment and performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Modify and input CNC programs using G-code and M-code to meet design specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to maintain peak performance and minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum3 years of hands-on experienceoperating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CNC programming languages, including G-code and M-code.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
