Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

The Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of products. This position involves analyzing products upon arrival and conducting a final inspection before sealing. The inspector will utilize microscopes and digital micrometers to examine small electrical parts, adhering to blueprints for precision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze products using microscopes and digital micrometers.
• Inspect products according to required specifications.
• Wrap wire around electrodes.
• Perform wiring and racking of customer parts.
• Assist with the inspection of parts.
• Utilize equipment such as gage pins, microscopes, and various measuring tools.

Essential Skills

• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction with decimals, and converting decimals to fractions.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working with small parts.
• Patience and ability to complete repetitive tasks.
• Measuring skills, including proficiency in using calipers.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment is supportive and friendly, with a focus on collaboration and care for employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seaford, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
