Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales team by researching and analyzing data to help generate leads, optimizing the sales funnel through lead identification and qualification, and contributing to overall sales success by working towards team goals and initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and opportunities, focusing on the US healthcare market, including Payers and Providers.
- Ability to research, identify, and qualify new leads that lead to opportunities. Central to this is maintaining and improving the Salesforce CRM.
- Developing detailed account plans to target and engage prospective clients strategically.
- Analyzing sales calls to craft effective outreach strategies for future engagements, including preparing a SWOT analysis after reviewing client calls.
- Maintaining and updating a precise database of prospects in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Proactively analyzing market signals and trends to identify warm leads, supporting the US sales team in enhancing outreach and achieving better outcomes.
- Creating and executing outreach strategies through LinkedIn, including optimizing profiles, engaging with content, leveraging LinkedIn groups, and using personalized messaging for direct engagement.
- Collaborating with the sales team to refine strategies and drive growth through targeted efforts.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred). Preferred candidates should reside in the Delhi/NCR region.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
- Familiarity and experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
- Must be flexible and available to take calls with US counterparts during evening hours.
- Innovative thinker with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Proven success in business prospecting with the ability to research, identify, and qualify new leads that lead to opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate warm leads with the US SDR team.
