Job Description:

Role Summary

  • To organize and support the company's client value proposition activities for Mainland Chinese Individual (MCI) segment, including but not limited to online training, seminars, and KOL engagement. The role is responsible for implementing strategies that enhance client relationships, increase brand value, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to organize online training programs, webinars, and in-person seminars to educate clients on specific topics.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop/introduce service ecosystems for our selected segment(s).
  • Engage and manage relationships with KOLs to amplify client value proposition messaging and company credibility.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for value-added materials, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality resources to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, business development, product development, training) to ensure consistent messaging and value delivery across all client touchpoints.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve value proposition activities and initiatives.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of value proposition initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders in executing value proposition strategies.
  • Execute comprehensive client value proposition strategies for MCI segment aligned with company goals and objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relationship management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing client value proposition strategies.
  • Experience in organizing and delivering online training programs and seminars with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with KOLs or industry experts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua is essential
  • Understanding of data analytics and performance measurement techniques with capacity to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve program effectiveness.
