We are seeking an Environmental Department Manager (EIR Program Manager 2)to join our Cincinnati, OH team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Senior Project Manager for environmental projects.
2. Provide work assignments to project and field staff in execution of projects.
3. Contact/meet with existing clients; expand opportunities with existing clients and identify and develop new clients.
4. Participate in networking organization to further establish new clients and opportunities for growth.
5. Maintain knowledge of current environmental regulatory guidelines, identify emerging regulatory trends and prepare for new opportunities for growth.
6. Mentor staff and identify opportunities for cross-training, growth and career progress.
7. Coordination of intracompany resources for Regional and National client opportunities.
8. Maintain awareness and knowledge of team workload, utilization, and profitability.
9. Understand and Implement administrative policies and procedures as required .
Minimum requirements:
1. BS, Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related degree
2.15 years' Project Management Experience
3. Strong Client Management Experience
4. Environmental remediation design, strong technical writing/communication skills, business development and organization networking experience.
5. 40-hr. OSHA Training/Committment to Safety
Technical requirements:
1. Familiarity/Experience with Ohio VAP, BUSTR, Brownfield Grant state/national programs
2. Technical report writing and senior level review, strong knowledge of ASTM and other industry standards.
3. Strong leadership, advocacy and negotiation with environmental regulatory agencies (federal/state/local)
4. Project cost estimating/proposal preparation/bidding process
5. Pursuit and tracking of opportunities, Statement of Qualification development and pursuit team development
