Description
Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Change Management Contractor to support our organization in executing a comprehensive change management strategy and establishing some foundational templates. This role will focus on the tactical aspects of change management, ensuring a smooth transition during the implementation of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Miro, and Asana.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Discovery:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change requirements and objectives
o Conduct change impact assessments and analysis to understand the implications of changes on various teams and processes
o Develop end-to-end user journey maps to visualize the impact of changes on user experiences
2. Change Delivery Planning:
o Create and refine change delivery plans that outline the steps necessary for successful implementation
o Develop a key messaging hierarchy to ensure consistent communication throughout the change process
o Design engagement and communications strategies
o Polish and prepare change delivery assets for hotel-facing use, ensuring clarity and usability
o Establish success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and track progress
3. Pilot Management:
o Manage beta tests and pilot programs to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments before full-scale implementation
4. Post-Implementation Sustainability:
o Integrate sustainability considerations into change management strategies to promote long-term viability and responsibility
o Provide adoption and stabilization support post-implementation to ensure sustained success and user satisfaction

Expertise in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or intranet-based tools is advantageous
Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to Corrine
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Change Delivery Plan for upcoming feature rollouts
Coordinate pilot programs and beta testing for new functionalities
Lead communication planning and asset creation to support change adoption
Ensure end-user engagement and understanding of changes
Support discovery, planning, and deployment phases
Collaborate with Corrine on intake and planning for the Change Management team
Help minimize disruption during transitions

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
