Join Ericsson’s Customer Support team for IP, Core & Cloud, where we deliver world-class 5G and cloud infrastructure solutions to telecom operators across the Middle East & Africa. Leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics, we proactively resolve network issues to ensure peak performance and reliability.
As a Cloud Solution Support Expert, you’ll troubleshoot end-to-end network and cloud infrastructure challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues swiftly. This role is critical in maintaining our market-leading NFVI and cloud-native solutions, enabling fast deployment and low TCO for customers.
