The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Manage and develop social media channels (Facebook Group/Page, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for the ShopeeFood driver community.
• Create and curate content that delivers the right messages, is engaging, and drives strong interaction.
• Plan and execute both online and offline community events for drivers.
• Collaborate with relevant departments & agency to roll out programs and campaigns targeting drivers.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of activities, gather driver insights, and suggest improvements for content strategy and event planning.
• Build a positive, engaged driver community through regular social media activities and direct event connections.
• Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in community communications, social media management (fanpage/group), or event organization.
• Strong social media content writing skills with creativity and trending
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing community events.
• Familiar with how social platforms operate (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…) and have basic visual design aesthetics.
• Dynamic, flexible, community-oriented, and able to handle situations effectively.
• Detail-oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• English fluent is a plus.
• Experience or skills in producing short-form videos is a plus.
