Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Content E2E lifecycle management: content strategy, whole year planning, content creation, content approval, content distribution, content tracking and optimization
  • Lead agency simplification and implement to BUs, drive change management across organization
  • Set up agency management and evaluation machenism and regular tracking
  • Collaborate with BU content ambassadors to address content pain points on review process/operations/system and optimize solution
  • Promote content best practices across BU
  • Drive tiered review (Type 2/3) event logistics approval process
  • Organize trainings for new marketers and job owners on content operations process/playbook/content solutions (e.g., Tier Review categorization, PromoMats content creation and tagging process, content distribution process) (add frequency, monthly or bi-monthly)
  • Provide training & communication on medical SOP, and frequent approval issues for each BU to align understanding
  • Develop standardize metrics and KPIs for content performance and content quality (review lead time, rounds of review, forward, likes, etc)
  • analyze content perfomrance and provide valuable insights to business
  • Collaborate with medical and local team to streamline review process and set up account management mechanism
  • Communicate with content agency for content creation and vendor management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • Experience with digital asset management systems (Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats is preferred)
  • Data analysis and insights capability
  • Digital channel/platform expertise
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Xiumi
  • Verbal and written communication, attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Experience in pharm is not a requirement but preferred
  • Marketing experience is not a requirement but preferred
