The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for supporting the operational efforts of multiple buildings. You will:
- Oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care)
- Oversee the coordination of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments
- Support the Vice President of Operations and Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community
- Ensure adherence with all state and federal guidelines to ensure the highest level of compliance

Requirements
What can you bring to the job to help you succeed?
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility environment is highly preferred
- Multi-site management in similar environment is also preferred
- The ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, some travel to include overnight stays
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with budgeting and scheduling
- Computer skills to include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
