Salary: $24-$28/hr

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a home remodeling company located in Northborough, MA. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers with post-installation service issues, gathering information, providing professional support, and routing cases to Service Advisors for resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding post-installation service needs
  • Document service issues accurately and thoroughly in CRM systems
  • Provide empathetic and professional communication to ensure a positive experience
  • Triage service concerns and hand off to Service Advisors for appointment scheduling
  • Navigate computer systems while actively engaging in customer calls
  • Resolve basic questions and concerns or escalate appropriately

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, phone software)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
  • Ability to multitask between phone calls and data entry

Schedule: The schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. After training, there is the option of a HYBRID REMOTE schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $24-$28/hr depending on experience
