About the role:
As a Software Development Engineer III (SDE III), you will be an experienced technical leader responsible for driving complex projects within a Scrum team, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing key technical decisions. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Enterprise Correspondence platform tooling, leveraging JavaScript, .NET, and automation tools.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth and best practices.
- Influence architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Develop and maintain templates for enterprise correspondence platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.
- Implement automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline development processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Maintain well documented process and store in a centralized location.
Qualifications

Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field; and/or commensurate experience preferred
- 4-6 years software development experience required
