Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join a growing team in Lewisville, TX. In this role, you’ll support the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries
• Process sales, quotes, and follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
