Shift: Monday–Friday with optional overtime (up to 10 hours/week)

We’re proud to partner with a growing pipe fabrication facility in Monroe, NC that offers a clean, safe, and supportive work environment. They are expanding their team and looking for experienced pipefitters to join their operation.
Position Summary:
The Pipefitter will be responsible for selecting, assembling, and installing various types and sizes of pipe and fittings, reading blueprints, and working with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure high-quality fabrication in line with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select and prepare pipe, fittings, valves, and steel components as instructed
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan and execute layout and installation
- Align, fit, and weld components with precision and accuracy
- Cut, bend, thread, and shape pipe and steel using hand and power tools
- Operate hoists, cranes, jacks, and clamps to position and secure parts
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of required PPE
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pipefitting required; technical training or certifications preferred
- Ability to pass a company-issued pipefitter skills assessment
- Familiarity with B31.5 piping code
- Strong understanding of geometry, math, and spatial awareness
- Ability to read blueprints and visualize components in 3D
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
