Now Hiring – CNC Lathe Operator

Starting at $26.00/hour +

Quarterly Incentive Plan Available

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-Hour Shifts)
• Friday Overtime as Needed (4 or 8 Hour shifts starting at 6am)
• First Shift Only – No Rotating Shifts

Join Edgerton, WI based Maxcess - Componex, a Lean Manufacturing facility specializing in WINertia™ Aluminum Dead-Shaft Rollers for the flexible packaging, printing, and converting industries. Our lean processes allow us to produce high-quality rollers with an astonishing 5-day lead time.

Our Equipment Includes:

• CNC Double-Headed Boring Lathes
• Manual Turning Lathes
• CNC Haas, Poreba, and Toolmex Turning Lathes

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC and manual lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Use measurement tools: tape measure, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, profilometers
• Understand G&M codes, feeds and speeds, insert selection, and surface finishes.
• Troubleshoot machining issues such as chatter and taper
• Identify production line constraints
• Follow Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles
• Move parts using a hoist
• Stand and work for up to 9.5 hours per day
