We’re looking for a bright and passionate Automation Team Lead to join our R&D Core group. In this critical role, you will lead, design, and develop the coverage strategy for our highly scalable and high-performance solution.

You will be part of engineering the backbone of a revolutionary platform, including complex networking topologies and performance optimizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Automation and System QA engineers
  • Responsibility for the overall quality and performance of our backbone platforms
  • Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for complex systems
  • Lead the development of automated test code to maximize test coverage and efficiency
  • Collaborate with software development leads to identify key areas for automation, prioritize test cases, and manage dependencies
  • Mentor and guide Automation and System QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Oversee the operational integrity of lab and testing environments, ensuring reliability for development and testing activities
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Automation Team Leader
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with networking products
  • In-depth knowledge of networking, network protocols, switching, routing, etc
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
  • Experience in performance and stress testing – an advantage
