Job Description

Looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior ServiceNow administrator to be part of a skilled team of ServiceNow support team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide user and application support on ServiceNow application
  • Troubleshoot end user problems
  • Evaluate issues, troubleshoot and resolve them
  • Perform incident/change/release management activities
  • Understand ServiceNow Error messages and error/installation logs
  • Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues for ServiceNow and related integrations
  • Coordinate with deep support team members to get the status of issues that have been transferred
  • Interacting with various SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) to gather and harvest related content and deliverables,
  • Involving in application support during outage/degrade or any enhancements.
  • Strong understanding on Design, build, workflow and customize ServiceNow modules
  • Estimate efforts for ServiceNow projects based on provided requirements
  • Evaluate and perform feasibility studies for new solutions
  • Provide technical leadership for projects
  • Interface with Architects to provide technical feedback and translate high level designs to detailed solutions

The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations and building custom applications
  • Strong hands on technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules
  • Hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services
  • ServiceNow Certifications and ITIL certification is preferred
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
  • Good technical documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
