Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in materials management or clear to build process.
  • Experience in new product introduction.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production and end of life.
  • Experience with rack, server, advanced cooling solution development.
  • Experience leading or collaborating with influence for product launch and process optimization.
  • Ability to shift between detailed analysis and customizing communications based on the audience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive material and supply chain readiness for all New Product Introduction (NPI) builds from concept phase to production handoff, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure handoff for the compute and storage product group.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage supply chain risks and mitigation plans to ensure materials readiness for NPI builds as well as supply continuity into production.
  • Liaison with Original Design Manufacturer (ODM)/Contract Manufacturer (CM)/suppliers, manage spend against project budgets, and manage production risk buys and buffers.
  • Develop and document global supply chain map for each product, including suppliers, procurement model, lead time, shipment logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment model, and spares strategies.
