TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop ads platform products that streamline the ad creation process and improve the overall user journey. This role will focus on enhancing the workflow within TikTok Ads Manager, specifically supporting both Commerce and Non-Commerce performance ads verticals. You will work on optimizing the ads creation experience to meet the needs of advertisers within these verticals, driving performance and growth on the platform. The Commerce Platform team sits within the Global Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising solutions tailored to Commerce advertisers. Our vision is to become the leading platform for Shop and Web commerce marketers to acquire users and deliver high-quality products to shoppers. We aim to achieve this by developing advertiser-facing experiences that address the unique needs of each commerce vertical. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and optimization of features within TikTok Ads Manager, focusing on improving the ads creation workflow and user journey for Commerce or Non-Commerce performance ads verticals. - Recommend and prioritize innovative features to enhance the usability and performance of the platform, ensuring the ad creation experience is seamless and intuitive for these verticals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, define product strategies, and set objectives that align with the needs of Commerce or Non-Commerce performance advertisers. - Leverage customer feedback, user research, and data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement in the ad creation process. - Stay up-to-date with ad tech trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to keep TikTok at the forefront of advertising solutions. - Track and analyze key product metrics to inform product decisions and drive iterative improvements to the ads platform.
Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree. - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization. - 2-5+ years of experience building and launching ad interfaces or platform products. - Strong knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem, including ad creation, optimization, and bidding. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and improve performance. - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and other teams. - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a PM, building and launching ad interface or platform products. - An understanding of performance ads, particularly within Commerce or Non-Commerce verticals such as shopping ads, lead generation, app ads and gaming. - Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within startups or rapidly evolving industries. - Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.
