Role Overview

The Mid-Level Implementer owns more complex task flows, including QA, light troubleshooting, and support ticket resolution across Webflow and GoHighLevel. This role bridges junior execution with team-wide quality, ensuring consistency, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

You’re comfortable navigating content platforms and CRMs, and you're the go-to person when something needs to be fixed, double-checked, or improved. You’re confident in your communication and able to take ownership of deliverables from start to finish.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Webflow and GoHighLevel
• Ability to QA junior output and catch inconsistencies
• Clear written and verbal English communication
• Strong task ownership and initiative
• High tech fluency

Helpful Skills

• Experience with troubleshooting content, workflows, or CRM automations
• Familiarity with QA scorecards or structured review processes
• Client-facing support or escalation experience
