Are you someone that can make a huge impact on Amazon's ability to drive our business growth? Are you equally comfortable digging in to business and technical metrics to find opportunities of business development with our partners? Then this is the position for you.

We are looking for an Technical Business Development Manager to strengthen our business relationship with integrators in LatAm (e.g., ERPs, Marketplace Hubs). You will be responsible to build partnership, monitor and develop key business metrics as well as to support all commercial and technical initiatives to grow the 3P business in BR.

The Head of Integration must be able to balance Amazon's objectives with the needs of Integrators and Sellers, to guarantee we have a sustainable development plan with our partners. It will be required a mix of negotiation and task management skills, as well as technical knowledge to discuss systems architecture, IT projects and technical support.

Key job responsibilities

  • Responsible for the business relationship with Integrators
  • Responsible for the technical development of Amazon features through partners
  • Manage the product development roadmap, removing roadblocks and reporting to stakeholders
  • Maintain the technical environment stable and secure
  • Structure and monitor all initiatives with the integrators ( and technical)
  • Keep external and internal teams communicated about key issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.
  • Understand seller experience in the integrator as well as the basics of technical integrations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
  • Experience in a professional field or military
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • Experience with technology transformation initiatives
