Vontier

This position provides Lead Technical Program Management leadership within our Information Technology (IT) function and is responsible for end-to-end on-time delivery of one or more IT Programs, Solutions or Portfolio programs, spanning requirements identification, design, development, verification, integration, and release to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage system specific programs, solutions or portfolio programs from initiation and scoping, requirement identification and analysis, through delivery.
• Role includes management of multiple projects/programs of larger scope and resources, domestic and international, mainly with a focus on the Customer Experience Platforms (CRM, CMS or SaaS software solutions).
• Lead IT, partners, business resources working with cross-functional teams to ensure clear requirements or solutions are defined, developed, and integrated with business operating processes, working across business units and geographies.
• Act as a resource, coach or mentor for colleagues with less experience.
• Provide hands on Agile Program management for Programs, Solutions or Portfolio Programs, with high complexity and budget responsibilities.
• Prepare communication plans and related Program status reports and presentations, including customer communications.
• Effectively apply internal development processes based upon Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and VBS standards.
• Lead or support PI Planning to ensure teams understand the Product Management ASKs, dependencies are identified, dependencies are agreed to by cross-functional teams for timely delivery, and Commits are adequately planned.
• Ability to identify risks or technical pitfalls across Programs, Solutions, or Portfolio Programs and address in a timely manner.
• Day to day management of program team(s) personnel, and communication with key Stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire Program life cycle and manage across multiple program releases in various stages (development, field trials, production).
• Manage program delivery timeline ensuring on time delivery of agreed to Commits, deliverables, and milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs.
• Experience in Customer Experience Platforms (CRM Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365) and business analysis with extensive cross functional exposure preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools: JIRA and MS Project.
• 10 years of experience in project management and 5 years of experience in project management skills for planning, execution, and evaluation of CX initiatives.
• Fluent in English
• Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience.
• Ability to lead a portfolio of related programs or projects, or large programs with high levels of resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
