What will you do?

  • As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational excellence of the accounting function. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Defining and implementing the vision, structure, and resources needed to meet accounting goals.
    • Leading and developing multiple accounting teams, ensuring performance, engagement, and compliance with HR policies.
    • Overseeing all financial closing processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
    • Managing audits and ensuring timely certification of accounts.
    • Driving transformation initiatives and supporting change management.
    • Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and internal control standards.
    • Representing the organization in internal and external engagements.
    • Contributing to strategic planning and aligning accounting operations with global financial strategies.

Who will you report to?

  • Reporting Line and Team Environment:
  • You will report to a senior finance leader, such as a Finance Accounting Director.
  • This is a leadership role where you will manage an accounting team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units and global finance teams. You will also interact with external partners, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Qualifications for Your Success:
    • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bac +5).
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial or strategic role.
    • Strong command of accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Experience in team leadership and performance management.
    • Familiarity with project management and transformation initiatives.
    • Fluency in English (C1 level) and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
