???? About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Client Service Representative who can handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, empathy, and adaptability. You’ll play a critical part in both the front desk experience and behind-the-scenes hospital support
???? Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring a compassionate and professional first impression
- Answer multi-line phones and guide pet parents through emergency scenarios
- Communicate with urgency and clarity during client triage and walk-ins
- Build outpatient and emergency estimates, review financial authorizations, and process payments
- Guide clients through difficult or emotional moments, including euthanasia discussions
- Reconcile End-of-Day (EOD) reports with accuracy and independence
- Assist with patient and client movement throughout the hospital
- De-escalate aggressive or emotionally heightened situations with tact and care
- Help maintain lobby cleanliness, and organization
- Champion a calm, client-first atmosphere during peak hours and high-volume shifts
✅ What You Bring
- 1–1.5+ years of experience in a veterinary emergency setting
- Confidence in emergency client communication and triage support
- Strong multitasking, time management, and emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting both client service and basic clinical functions
???? Compensation
- Hourly Range: $24–$27/hr based on experience and qualifications
- Differentials:
- $2/hr Overnight (10pm–8am)
- $3/hr Weekend (Fri 6pm–Mon 8am)

- Mon–Thurs: 6pm to 8am
- Fri 6pm – Mon 8am: Open 24 hours
- Holidays: Fully operational
- Shifts include morning, swing, and overnight coverage
