Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical solutions and pricing regarding new RFP’s, RFI’s.
- Serve as subject matter expert to assist projects on technical matters and address needs of the client and other stakeholders
- Make recommendations to integrate new custom and cloud software, coordinate installation and support operations.
- Establish and enforce engineering and cloud computing best practices and standards
- Lead new product development, including services evaluation, POC (proof of concept) development and recommendation to adopt to ever changing technology trends
- Ensure the smooth working of PaaS platform and automation of infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, monitoring tasks.
- Provide recommendations on technical architecture to fine tune outer and inner architecture.
- Support the automation of manual tasks in the product integration and deployment life cycle.
- Serve as subject matter expert in the design, implementation, governance and support of key technology platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
- At least twelve (15) years of related experience required; at least six (10) years of experience will be accepted if candidate has master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Supporting RFI/RFP representing the IT team.- Health Care experience preferred
- Represent the IT team in client Demo
- Experience with at least 6+ years as technical architect
- Good knowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Strong scripting skills preferably in Java, Python, Perl , Unix shell scripting
- Good Understanding and experience with the container technologies (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Build and deployment automation using one or more platforms such as Bamboo, Jenkins, TFS/VSTS, TeamCity, UrbanCode, etc.
- Experience working in mid-large scale projects
- Experience related to micro services architecture framework
- Broad and deep knowledge of technology and trends
- Experience in an Agile and DevOps practices.
- Champion Agile best-practices, processes, and tools in support of DevOps processes
- Experience developing automation solutions and working in a highly automated environment
- Experience with data storage and data backup technologies
- Knowledge of baseline and operations inside a cloud environment
- Experience in monitoring and setting up alerting for Cloud components (Ex: AWS Cloud or other similar cloud platforms)
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, Appdynamics, Dynatrace or related tools
- Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies
- Basic Database trouble shooting technique experience required.
- Knowledge of SSL certificates management
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under deadlines in a changing environment.
- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously,
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
- Must be will willing to work in pair programming model
- Must be organized and detail oriented
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
- 10-12 years of related experience required.
- Experience with Health care data Compliance and Security requirements, adhering to all Policy and Standards is a plus
- Knowledge of network products (Cisco routers and switches, F5 APM, GTM and LTMs, etc.) is preferred
- Experience with financial management and budgeting processes, contracting and procurement processes, and RFP and proposal processes.
- At least 5+ years of experience in government Healthcare (Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP) or other heavily-regulated industry
