Seeking a motivated engineer to lead and support building envelope projects across a wide range of structures—from new construction to buildings over 100 years old. This role combines field work, design, project management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist on building envelope projects from start to finish
• Perform field assessments and design calculations
• Prepare drawings, technical details, and specifications
• Attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings
• Provide bid support and construction administration services
• Apply expertise in renovation, building codes, and industry standards
• Research and specify material systems and manufacturer products
• Communicate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams
• Contribute to marketing, business development, and client retention
• Lead by example in project execution and customer service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 4 years’experience in building technology, structural or architectural engineering
• E.I.T. Certification required
• Strong knowledge of building materials, codes, and renovation practices
• Excellent communication and client management skills
