Your role

Do you want to drive the next level of application architecture in the Financial Advisors Loans space? Would you like to apply Agile at scale while developing state of the art applications for Financial advisors Platform on Cloud? What about shaping the future of Financial Advisors Loans technology together with a fun-loving cross-functional team?

We are looking for a seasoned full stack developer to

• implement and deliver high quality software solutions for our new state of the art applications for financial advisors , aggregation & calculation platform.
• help us build state of the art solutions using cutting edge technologies like java, spring boot, reactjs, azure, kubernetes, postgres etc.
• demonstrate superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• understand technical requirements of application being built
• deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important financial advisor programs

This will be an AD level role based in Pune, India with our growing development presence in the UBS India office

Your team

You will be a key member of FA Loans team and expanding Financial Advisors Loans Team and part of the new exited projects. We are them who works very closely with our business partners and take pride in the quality of work that we do. As a team, we design and provide technical solutions for all new products required for Financial Advisors and our Home Office business partners. Working closely with peers from the business team as well as other engineering teams.

Your expertise

• 8+ years full stack development with experience using java, javascript , servlet & jsp, jquery, css, ajax , jdbc ,html, open‐source libraries, tools and technologies.
• experience in core java and with good working knowledge of frameworks such as spring boot, spring batch , spring jdbc , spring ioc , spring mvc
• strong knowledge and experience of modern frameworks like react ,node.js and webpack.
• experience in developing/deploying to the cloud platforms, ideally azure including networking, aks, and app services
• knowledge of container technologies (e.g. kubernetes) & familiarity with continuous integration deployment (ci/cd) pipelines
• experience in developing microservices, restful and soap apis for processing http requests
• experience with build tools like maven, and development tools such as intellij, github
• knowledge of relational databases with strong sql skillset (oracle, postgres, pl/pgsql)
