Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Production Support L1 & L2- .net/Azure

In this role, you will be responsible for application production support.

Responsibilities

L1 Support:

  • Incident monitoring, Incident triage, Incident management, monitoring batch jobs

SOP-based troubleshooting and resolution

  • User Assistance: provide technical support to users, helping them navigate and use business systems applications effectively.
  • Problem Management – Post Incident Review, Root Cause Analysis
  • Incident and Application Reporting
  • Post implementation validation, Application health check - Ready for business, close of business check points/validations
  • Documentation: document issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference

L2 Support

  • Applications and Batch Issues Resolution with advance troubleshooting.
  • Apply approved Data fixes
  • Ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders
  • Problem Management – Post Incident Review, Root Cause Analysis
  • Proactive Incident Resolution
  • Operation readiness - Monitoring process is in place to capture incidents or alerts, SOPs are updated, escalation process is defined and updated.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • B. Tech. / M. Tech. / MCA/ MBA (IT).
  • Prior exp of working on tickets, application batch fail & trouble support

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Application Troubleshooting

Diagnosing and resolving issues within software applications by analyzing logs, error messages, and user reports.

Application builds in Microsoft .NET Platform - Web and Batch job execution and Python. Certain third-party applications which are SAAS / PAAS solution. E.g. Control-M job schedular. Go Anywhere used for SFTP connectivity purpose

  • Incident Management

Identifying, addressing, and preventing incidents to maintain stability.

  • System Monitoring

Using tools to monitor performance and detect anomalies.

  • Database Management

Knowledge of SQL and database management systems to troubleshoot and optimize database-related issues. Must have Microsoft SQL Server. Good to have - Azure SQL server, Oracle db.

  • Scripting and Automation

Proficiency in scripting languages to automate tasks.

  • Data Analysis

Using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze and visualize financial
