We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a small, private investment office. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for a candidate with strong bookkeeping skills, familiarity with investment documentation, and a desire to work in a collaborative yet structured environment. This role combines administrative and financial responsibilities, requiring precision, confidentiality, and a willingness to follow established systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize investment documents, including statements and trade confirmations
• Track and reconcile investment and financial records
• Support bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online or Desktop
• Maintain Excel and Access databases using formulas and macros
• Partner with the internal team on general accounting tasks and reporting
• Provide administrative support such as filing, record-keeping, and process adherence
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in workflows and financial entries

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Access
• Experience in investment documentation (stocks, bonds, confirmations)
• Prior experience in a small business or investment support setting
