About the team

We, the Field Marketing team in Southern Europe, co-create and deliver customer-centric, data-driven and innovative marketing experiences that enables SAP’s success. Türkiye is one of the key markets for EMEA, with a strong background of impacting customers and helping them to go beyond business using SAP solutions.

Drives digital and physical marketing activities across the customer lifecycle, for the Industries and line of business portfolio, for enterprise and corporate accounts. Responsibilities may include:

  • Execute on marketing program to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand, influence existing pipeline and drive adoption.
  • Responsible for supporting in the delivery of the marketing demand generation and revenue objectives as defined within a specific sales area-based territory for the current year's Go-To-Market plan and priorities.
  • Responsible for supporting demand generation and acceleration through effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs and campaigns including the relevant use of account-based marketing, data-driven marketing, social media, digital marketing, events, and more.
  • Data and Performance Management - Document campaign execution and lead management activities in the system of records, including CRM, reports, dashboards and scorecards. Develop a basic understanding for how these systems work and how they can be used to analyze performance

Experience (Role Requirements):

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing fields of reputable universities
  • Fluent English
  • Min 3 years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge in B2B marketing preferred
  • Knowledge in the IT industry preferred
  • Project management (ad-hoc or small-scaled projects)
  • Experience with data analysis and predictive analytics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with self-motivation, organization skills, willingness to learn and develo
