Customer Requirement Analysis: You will review and analyse customer business needs / pain points and map them to tailored and beneficial solutions of our Retail PLM Platform Presales Presentations: You will prepare, configure and present demonstrations of our Retail PLM Platform, showing its values and benefits for the customers by also sharing your best-practice and business knowledge RFI/RFP Response: You will develop functional and technical responses for customers'/partners' requests for information and proposal Bachelors/master's degree in garment or footwear engineering, consumer products engineering, digital business Excellent sales and demonstration skills: Presales Consultants collaborate with both the sales and marketing teams to prepare compelling solution presentations and deliver them to new prospects and existing customers Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders in the Retail and Consumer vertical and convey the value of digital transformation across varied sectors Knowledge of industry challenges and trends within Fashion, Retail, Home Goods and Consumer Products including, global design and lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, sustainability, compliance and digital transformation Analytical skills and business expertise to analyze customer requirements and current processes, to help and elaborate Value Proposition presentation for customers which can significantly impact the success of customers Familiarity with digital solutions such as PLM, 3D, and their applications in the retail, consumer and manufacturing sectors to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. English is the primary language, but multilingual will be beneficial, including German and/or Italian, French or others.
