Professional Services Sr. Business Implementation Consultant

What does a successful Professional Services Sr. Business Implementation Consultant do?

As a Professional Services Sr. Business Implementation Consultant, you will thoroughly analyze, consult, and provide recommendations to clients during the deployment of Fiserv Deposit Liquidity products. This role entails working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and ensures successful implementation.

What you will do:

  • Interact with clients to understand and gather business requirements.
  • Manage data file integration and map input file requirements.
  • Test input files to ensure data mapping and content accuracy.
  • Elicit, validate, and prioritize client business requirements.
  • Assist in testing and validating configurations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve implementation challenges.
  • Document all business requirements and process information for implementations.
  • Liaise with the Product and Development teams for input and continuous training.

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and implementation within a financial or banking environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL query language.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects with interdependencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of business products, especially Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale change efforts and change management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

Salary Range

$72,400.00 - $124,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
