The Remote Construction Engineer plays a key role in leading, coordinating, and supporting technical topics and solutions within the Network Implementation organization. This role is responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers in alignment with Ericsson’s standards and the customer contract. Key responsibilities include: Oversight of technical execution across stakeholders, budget ownership and cost control and ensuring all work complies with project OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements.

What you will do:

  • Support coordination and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply technical skills relevant to your role through structured training.
  • Support and potentially lead interactions with subcontractors or vendors.
  • Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
  • Handle work orders and compensation
  • Plan and follow up of quality assurances

The skills you bring:

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • English B1–B2 level (conversational to intermediate); technical English is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (preferred), or related fields such as IT, Systems, or Architecture.
  • We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong personal qualities from the first interaction, including:
    • High motivation and accountability
    • Fast learning capabilities
    • Strong communication and coordination skills

Additionally, candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:

  • Experience working on projects, especially in management or coordination roles
  • Background in Incident Management (IM) or similar roles
  • Leading or supervising subcontractors or external teams
  • Effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills
