Position Overview:
The Terminal Operator supports the day-to-day operation of the terminal business. The Terminal Operator will be the focal point for external customers loading and discharging vessels. This position is responsible for maintaining safety in the workplace and all regulatory criteria. The Terminal Operator is expected to safely perform all duties related to the receipt, storage, and distribution of petroleum products. It is important to note that new hires are required to successfully complete the Structured and Marine Structured Operator Training program, within a designated time frame from start date. During this extensive training, the candidate must be able to demonstrate at a skilled level the required competencies for the information presented.
This role works a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work overtime, holidays, nights and weekends.
This is a Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated position and is subject to drug and alcohol testing in compliance with DOT regulations.
